The United Kingdom’s Minister for the Overseas Territories, the Rt Hon Amanda Milling (47), concluded her discussions yesterday with elected officials and heads of civil societies in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) a British Overseas Territory located in the northeastern Caribbean.
