June 1st, the 7th day of nationwide peaceful and violent protests following the brutal death of an unarmed, and shackled, African – American man, George Floyd, outside a business establishment on a street in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA on May 25th.

The shocking incident was captured on stand-byer’s smartphone. The 9-minute video shared widely on social media, shows 3 white police officers pinning a black man to the ground near the right-side, back wheel arch of a police cruiser, and another watching on passively. One officer, now former police officer Derek Chauvin, is seen with his left knee jammed on the neck of the man and the man is heard pleading with officers that he can’t breath. Minutes later the man stops talking and moving.
FLOYD INDEPENDENT AUTOPSY FINDINGS
Meanwhile, within the last hour, the results of a family-requested, independent autopsy have just been released.
“An independent autopsy into the death of George Floyd found that his death was a homicide and the unarmed black man died of “asphyxiation from sustained pressure.”The autopsy says compression to Floyd’s neck and back led to a lack of blood flow to his brain.”
