With the December 6 date, for the holding of General Elections in Dominica less than three weeks away, the Dominica Labour Party (DLP) has offered a manifesto that promises a DYNAMIC DOMINICA.
“The new dynamic Dominica is coming,” the DLP Political Leader, Dr. Roosevelt Skerrit told a massive crowd as Dominica’s oldest political party launched its 2019 manifesto at Mahaut last night.
