It was founded in 2016 by Albert Williams BSc (Hons) Comp & IT (Open), PGD TM (Open), MBCS.
He holds a postgraduate diploma in Technology Management and hopes to resume working towards a MSc Technology Management in the future

He has also published several books, including Dread Rastafari and Ethiopia, under the pseudonym of Ras Albert Williams.
